Investors & landlords

In TurboTax, select Federal on the left navigation side.

1. Under the Wages & Income tab at the top of the screen, scroll down to Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) and Edit.
2. Continue with the onscreen interview until you get to the Rental and Royalty Summary screen.
3. Scroll down to + Add Another Rental or Royalty.
