If you are trying to report the information from your 1099-B. Here are the steps to help you get there.
- Start from the main Tax home page
- Click on Take me to my return
- Click on the top right Search icon, and type in 1099b and enter
- Select the Jump to 1099b and it will direct you to the page
- Click on the bottom box Add a Sale to enter your 1099-B information
- Scroll down to the bottom page and select "I'll typ it in myself"
- Provide the necessary information from your 1099-B when going through the interview pages
- Be sure to complete the process to save your work
