To show the state tax withheld for a 1099-MISC, please follow these steps:
- Click on Federal Taxes >
Wages & Income [If you're in TT Self-Employed:
Personal > Personal Income ]
- In the Other Common Income
section , click on the Start/Update box next to Form 1099-MISC.

On the screen, Let's get the
info from your 1099-MISC, below Box 3 mark the box: My form
has other info in boxes 1-18. [Screenshot #2]
- Additional boxes will appear. State info is included in Boxes 16-18.
