Does itemize deduction include rental expense and GST of buying a second hand car?

I bought a car in 2016, can I claim itemize deduction for  the general sale tax of this  second hand car2016?  also, can I include my rental expense GST to the itemize deduction? what else I can put into itemized deduction?
