My siblings and I own a crop farm jointly. A farmer works it, and takes 2/3 of the crop sale. We do not own any equipment or make material decisions or work any aspect of it. Self employed or rental?
We pay property taxes and share of fertilizers etc. It is not an LLC. And no employees.
