I never understood why 1099MISC didn't "have" to be issued to corps either (was thankful...less 1099s to issue!) but never understood why.
So that Scottrade FAQ said the C corp stock transactions aren't reported to IRS either....leaves a rather large gap in what a Corp can get away with reporting or not, doesn't it?
