It sounds like your expenses did not remain in place. Try going through them again and use the steps in the link below.
- Search (upper right) > Type rentals > Click the Jump to...link
- Select Edit/Update beside your property
- Scroll to select Add expense or asset
- Scroll to select the expense you need or Miscellaneous
- Click the checkbox > Scroll to select Continue
- Scroll to the expense you selected and click the Start button to enter your expense.
- Continue until your are back to the Rental Summary Screen and Continue
