Yes, deductible medical expenses for RV travel include transportation costs (mileage at 21 cents/mile in 2025 or actual gas/oil), tolls, parking, and up to $50/per night/person for lodging if the travel is primarily for and essential to receiving medical care. Expenses must exceed 7.5% of AGI to be deducted.
