Yes, I saw that advice on other similar question threads. I can confirm this does not fix the issue since I cleared browser history and cookies, tried a different browser, and then attempted again on a different computer.  It appears to be a glitch in the TurboTax software itself that persists across sessions.  I saw others flagged this issue years ago. 

 

I can work around it by entering miscellaneous user-entered line items for rental expenses, but this is not ideal and this issue should be addressed by a technical solution.
