Wow so turbo taxes online forms dont allow this to be correctly classified which is truly insane to me and I called for help and was incorrectly told information.
you need to download the TurboTax desktop Verizon and correct this manually under the forms for that schedule E (the check boxes -material and other)
finally got it to work but shame online software isn’t up to date for this feature
