I have been unable to import my files from Schwab. They notified their clients all tax documents were available to be imported. I contacted Schwab and they claim the problem is with Turbo Tax. I can sign into my Schwab account and make the connection through my Turbo Tax Premier Windows desktop, but, I eventually get a screen telling me they are not available. giving me the option to have them imported when available. I tried to do this and was able to toggle the selection, but, the "DONE" button would not activate despite clicking on it a number of times noting when I click on the button it recognizes it has been clicked (i.e. blinks quickly) but not activated. I have tried both Chrome and Edge. Neither browser works.
