Did I find a LOGICAL bug? Expenses that are directly related to renting my condo apt. are fully-deductible yet Turbo Tax deducts only 1/6th based on 2 months' of rental.

I lived in my condo for 10 months then rented it for 2 months. I had about $1,200 in expenses directly related to the rental yet Turbo Tax is deducting only 1/6th of the total. I'm entitled to a deduction of the FULL amount. Is there a bug in Turbo Tax or is this User Error?
