In June, I started using a Property Management LLC to handle 2 residential properties that are in an Irrevocable Trust. These properties are for investment only. The Property Mgmt company provided a W-9 stating they are a LLC with tax classification, S.
They are now telling me I am late providing them a 1099-NEC and that they need one for each property.
Everything I am finding is stating otherwise, HELP!
