You can try, but I can't guarantee it will appear in an acceptable format. If not, you can summarize the transactions.

 

  1. Choose Summary Filing: When entering stock sales, select the option to enter a summary instead of importing or manually entering each sale. 
  2.  Enter Sales Section Totals: TurboTax allows you to enter total proceeds and cost basis for each category.

Once finished, you may efile your return, but you will need to mail your information along with a 8453. which TurboTax will generate for you. Since you won't have a 1099B to mail in with the 8453, mail in a statement you received from your foreign broker that list all the transactions. If you don't have a 1099 B or statement, you may need to enter each transaction individually if the import is unsuccessful.
