Have you tried this yet?
Enter/Edit/Delete Capital Loss Carryover:
- Open your return (if not already open)
- Enter "capital loss carryover" in the Search box.
- Click on "jump to capital loss carryover" link.
- Enter your information. Answer "No" to the question "Do you have investment losses you couldn't claim last year?" to remove this offset... or "Yes" to claim it.
