Rick, Your comment is wrong, both in spirit and in facts.  Yes TT is for the masses, but there has been over 100 BILLION $ invested in Opportunity Zones in the past 5 years. Opportunity Zone investments are not boutique or unique, but Turbo Tax has tried position them as such. Actually, 20 percent of all new multifamily apartment units built in 2023 were in Opportunity Zones,   Turbo Tax decision to not support Opportunity Zone investments was shortsighted and has turned an entire group of investors over to TaxAct.
