Should I go with "Single" vs "Vacation" for a second home I purchased and which I rent out a portion of the property?

My second home is in another city in the state of Texas. I purchased it as a place to live when I visit my parents while I am on vacation. I rent out the portion of the home I don't use. I bought it on April 11, 2024 and tenants moved into their portion on August 1, 2024. Is this considered a home converted to a rental? This is all very confusing. If you could help, I would appreciate it tremendously!
