Was your income (not counting non-taxable Social Security) less than your rent?
If so, it is probably TurboTax's fault because their software was incorrect and did not include the question to explain why your income was less than your rent.
If that doesn't apply, then you may need need to wait, or maybe contact the state to see what is holding things up.
No, the Renter's Refund does not come in the summer anymore. It is part of the regular Minnesota income tax return and usually comes in about 2 weeks (or less) after you e-file the state return.
