Yes, that could be deductible as a charitable contribution if the organization you donated it to is a 501(c)(3). Ideally, you would get a receipt from the organization for the amount of the rental.
If you enter total non-cash donations of over 5K, you'll need an appraisal, a signed receipt and you'll need to mail your return.
