I experienced the same issue with CA filing. I entered the prior depreciation wrong once, and there is no way to correct it. I tried to go back to Fed return, removed the rental property completely, and re-entered the data, but the system still remembered my wrong input. Now, the current deprecation is way too high. 

 

It took me a while to find this post.  I suspected it might be a bug in the software. Turbo Tax, will this issue be resolved soon? Today is 3/23.
