How do I deduct rental property income with last year’s losses carry forward? Why doesn’t TurboTax deduct rental property income with last year’s losses carry forward?

I had rental property loss last year. This year I have a positive income, but I don’t see the income being reduced by last year’s rental loss carry forward. How can I get rental loss carry forward to offset my rental income this year?
