I Was looking for an answer to a question when it put me in here.  I was reading some of the comments.

Rental Property even if its in an LLC sole member is not going to be put on a schedule C unless you are in business of managing a lot of them and and hold yourself out to be an management company, but that is even questionable.  You would also have to be providing a service, as rental properties are passive.  Before answering peoples questions maybe you people should do your research and due diligients and unless your an attorney you probably shouldn't be given legal advice.
