Thanks. Yes, I am. You can refer to my screenshot in the original post. All assets are sold with a profit proportionate to the structure and associated depreciation. I have worked very hard on this for the past 9 months, including practicing first with last year's TurboTax software while reading that thread and many, many others. They were indeed a huge help!
