I just read your original question again, your maintenance days are not personal use as the IRS sees it, nor are they business use for the occupational tax. Your business use days in the program should be zero since you were there to work on the house, not to have fun. Once you change the personal use to zero, you should be good.
Premier does have the option but I had it for a vacation rental, not a full time rental with some personal use.
