How to delete Capital Loss on TT when CRA took it into account on their previous tax assessment.

Although I had a Capital Loss in previous years which was noted on TT, I had not shown the final calculation on my taxes to adjust to the difference. CRA adjusted my taxes to use that Capital Loss.  However, Turbo Tax still shows up.  How do I delete this?
