I am renting an apartment in NJ. My rent and the utility bills are separate. I pay electric bills myself but water etc I pay to landlard. My question is does my "rent" include Rent+electric+ water? or the actual rent, or the rent + electric etc

E.g. if rent is 1200/month
           water = 100/month (pay to landlord)
            electric = 200/month (I directly pay to electric company)
Is my rent 1)  = 1500/month (rent+water+electric)
                   2) 1300/month (rent+water)
                    3) 1200/month (only rent)
