Oh, dang. I think I just figured it out. My personal days included the 42 days in 2023 prior to putting it into service. Those shouldn't have counted, only the 15 days at the end of the year when we stopped renting upon our return from traveling. I had 308 rental days and 57 personal with it only being put into service February 12, so the total of rental and personal days are greater than the amount of days the property was in service, which somehow resulted in a broken calculation. User error tho.
