I have seen "Retired From Use Date" mentioned in other postings.
My objective is to change a rental to personal use but don't know what form or
what easy-step process to accomplish this.
I presume the depreciation would be recaptured but since I didn't sell the property
and have no "sales price" I don't know if that is delayed until sale.
