Delete the 1099-MISC that you've entered and enter that dollar in the Miscellaneous income section at the bottom of the Wages and Income section of your federal return. I am not sure why you're getting the error and I can't get it to duplicate and the one dollar entry shouldn't hang your whole return up.
For description you can just write 'Robin Hood'.
