I bought a rental property in 2023. After entering the rent, cost of purchase, etc., I received the Depreciation Results as "Your rental property [address] will be depreciated by zero during the next 27-1/2 years". What does it mean?
Under Assests/Depreciation, there's an amount (not zero).
I am confused. Please advise.
