1099b upload needed for IRS, but part of a consolidated report
Turbotax says I have to upload my 1099B for the IRS, but the 1099B is part of a consolidated report that also contains the 1099INT, 1099DIV, etc.
Since the 1099B is listed on pages 3-7 of the consolidated report, can I just send in the 1099B portion or is it better to send in the all the pages which include the INT and DIV as one PDF?
The reason I ask, is if the IRS "reads" in the 1099B and doesn't see the 1099-B as the "first" item of the report, will there be problems.
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks for your feedback.
