If your business bought the condo and you are creating a return using TurboTax Business, you would select the Rental Real Estate tab at the top of the screen (under the Federal tab) and be brought through the screens to enter your rental real estate asset, income and expenses on the return. See sample screenshot below.
If you are not using TurboTax Business, then follow the steps in the FAQ below to be brought to the rental income and expense section of TurboTax:
