Thank you for your answer, I know if you apply for a mortgage a second home needs to be a certain distance away from main home, this property is in the same city so I just want to confirm. Also the property no longer shows on schedule E, so when you put the mortgage/taxes on schedule A do you show the address?
The taxpayer has a first and second mortgage on their primary home so this will result in 3 mortgages shown on Schedule A
