You can enter the dividends as though you did receive a form.
Sign into your return:
- Select Federal
- Go to Wages and Income
- Scroll down to Investments and Savings
- Select Show More and Click Start next to Dividends on 1099-DIV
- Choose how you'd like to enter your 1099-DIV
- Manually enter your form, select Change how I enter my form, select 1099-DIV, then Type it in myself on the following screen
- Fill out the form with the information from Robinhood to report your dividends
