RSU Error in Review - all shares not accounted for (but they are)
Getting an error during review that is not valid. I have 4 seperate transactions of RSUs being entered. One of the 4 gives no error (the last one of the bunch), but the other 3 say there is an error during the review process. It looks to be a bug in Turbotax, as the form and the step by step all look correct (and even match the miraculous fourth entry that gives no error).
Using Desktop version Home and Business 2022
The problem is this:
Form 1099-B Worksheet Capital gn(ls adjustments). Line 25 Column (b) additional purchase information needed. AAA of BBB shares have been accounted for. Need information for CCC shares. All shares are done in one lot. And for lot 1, column b properly has AAA shares entered, along with column g marking the shares withheld (CCC), which is exactly the number that the review error mentions. I've used this feature for several years of turbotax and never encountered such a problem. NOTE, well I thought let me enter 0 in the column b, and when I did so, it decided to create a second lot for the sale, which is wrong, and then it added a 3rd line on the subsequent review.
