I am having the same problem. TurboTax downloaded all the stock transactions from Quicken account and I can see them (more than 200 transactions) in TurboTax, however, TurboTax only listing 3 on the 8949 form when I print it out to file. I am not filing electronically but by mail. If the IRS sees only 3 and I am reporting a lot more gain/loss, don't you think they will audit me?
