Error across 8960 worksheet line 4b to the form 8960 line 4b

8960 worksheet line 4b shows negative number, where as this is shown as positive number for same $$ amount on form 8960-line 4b?. This is increasing my tax to 6% for adjustment for net income instead fo loss.  Is this a bug?
