Using Premier CD. Need to set up talking with tax advisor on review errors.

I've done this every year for 20 years with Turbo Tax. We do a remote viewing, doesn't take long at all. Always been free. I opt for Premier every year. Where the hell is this feature at this time? That number ending 8848 is a complete assinine farce. Loops, trying to text or e-mail you, can't understand a simple command like "Talk with a customer service representative" or "...live agent." Can't get a live person at all. Anywhere. Googling reveals no customer service number.

 

Never seen TT look this bad. WHAT is going on?!
