If I understand what you're saying correctly, I should be putting the Fair rented days as 90 and Personal use days as 0. Is that right?
In that case, how do I split up the mortgage interest and taxes between deductions and rental property expenses?
Before changing personal use days to 0, these were automatically split between the two by TurboTax.
