The tax withheld should be reported on your W-2 form in box 2, along with your tax withheld on your wages. Your employer has to pay that tax to the IRS and as such it needs to be reported so that the IRS can apply it your tax account. If that wasn't done on your W-2 form, you need to ask your employer how that was done, as you need to reflect it on your tax return. So, ask your employer how your tax withheld on your RSU stock sold was reported to the IRS so you can reflect that properly on your tax return.
