Do i have to file a 1098-e form for 2018 return if interest paid was under $600?

I paid under $600 for interest and with the 1098-e form on my return it will not let me file without paying the upgrade fee. I do not want to upgrade and would like to not file the form since its under the $600. Do i have to file it?
