Rcv'd 1098T&1099Q.Both w/child's SS#. No other taxable events. Entered 1098-T and other exps that exceed the Q.Turbotax shows Fed and St tax due.Why is this being taxed?
1099Q is form PA 529 and I live in PA. Basis of 529 is just over half of distribution amount.
