Your Form 1098-T reflects payments received for qualified tuition and related expenses during the entire tax year.  If your Form 1098-T is for the 2017 tax year, then all the payments the school received should reflect on your document.

It is possible that you are seeing the Summer semester expenses on your Form 1098-T and your Spring semester expenses appeared on your 2016 Form 1098-T.  It often happens that the Spring semester is paid in December.

You can login to your school portal and compare last year's tax form with this year's form.  You can also contact you school for clarification.
