Did your 1098T have an amount in box 5? Or did you indicate you wished to use part of your payments to qualify for an education credit? I'm currently not familiar with that part of the program yet, but you can't use the same expense for an education credit and for tax-free 529 plan withdrawal. Just got my son's 1098T last night.
