I was checking IRS wage transcript for 2024 (filed in 2025) and it shows "second notice issued" on one of the form 1099 INT. There are no notices online and tax status / audit reports are clear. I did confirm that i submitted this 1099 on tax return for 2024 with correct dollar. Not sure why IRS transcript shows second notice issued?
