Thank you all for the great discussion - now it's 2026 and TurboTax hasn't fixed this bug still. I have tried the method A,B,C, and they don't work (or not available), and I tried deleting all the 1098T and 1099Q and re-entered. No luck.
Since I am not claiming any of the tax credit, and I am certain the 1099Q money is used for qualified education expense, can I just forgo these forms? I think the rule says that beneficiaries do not have to report these forms in this case? Would still want to confirm with the knowledgeable community.
