For federal taxes I do not qualify for college tuition deduction, and as a result TT seems to ignore my 1098-T info. Once I go the my state tax (MA), even when I click Adjustments - college tuition, TT does not ask for the amount. How can I enter the deduction that is supposed to show up on line 11 of my State Schedule Y?
