Attended fire academy and emt school in 2024 and the school did not send a 1099t since it is not a college. It was over 8000 dollars in education expenses is there a way to claim this on my taxes as an educational deduction or as an expense related to getting a job in the fire service. You need to be licensed in both categories in order to be a paid fireman in Texas. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
