PTC
I received two Form 1095-A's. During 2024, I enrolled my family in healthcare from the marketplace for the months of September and October only, and I received a 1095-A for that. I also enrolled my nephew over whom I am legal guardian, he lives with me, and I provide well over 50% of his support. I received a separate 1095-A for him also. The AGI I reported on my 1040 was $428,000. Given that amount is more than 400% over the poverty line applicable (live in Texas) and it is highly unlikely that I will receive the PTC (credit) do I even need to complete a Form 8962 at all? Second question, if I am obligated to file an 8962 with my tax return must I simply total the two 1095-A's that I received and report those as totals on the 8962, or complete an 8962 for each 1095-A I received?
