I graduated from the University of Wisconsin in December last year, I did a campus job and received some wages, on my W-2 form, #16 is 5071.46 and #17 is $62.79. I'm a dependent of my mom, she still pays most of my costs and I'm a green card holder but haven't decided on my state, so I know I'm a nonresident for Wisconsin, and I should file a 1NPR form, but when I put all the information in, TurboTax showing WI refund $63 which is different than what showing in 2024 tax table that I should pay $177 if my income were fall between 5,000 and 5,100, which I owned $114. Can I know which one is right based on my situation?
